Corey Ferengul

Chief Executive Officer

Corey Ferengul oversees all aspects of Yello’s operations, sales, product development, go-to-market strategy, and guidance of the company’s talented team. With more than 25 years of experience, Corey served as Yello’s Executive Chairman in early 2020 bringing his robust expertise in enterprise software and SaaS, before accepting the role of Chief Executive Officer. Corey is a board member and investor for Hyde Park Angels and is an active board member for other companies. Prior to Yello, Corey was the executive chairman and CEO of Magnetic, overseeing the launch of innovative technology and repositioning the company ahead of its sale to Deloitte Digital. Corey also served as CEO of Undertone and held leadership positions at Rovi Corporation, Platinum Technology, and Meta Group.

Dan Bartfield

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Dan Bartfield is the Co-Founder of Yello and an innovator in campus recruitment. Dan leads strategic development and partnerships, focusing on Yello’s sales and client success strategy. Dan analyzes different customer-facing teams within the organization and discovers how we can effectively scale while directly benefiting our customers. Before launching Yello, Dan co-founded the largest career services software platform, EASE, used by more than 450 institutions throughout the U.S. Dan graduated from Miami University with a degree in Marketing.

Rick Glickman

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Rick Glickman is a seasoned financial executive with 25 years of experience managing mergers and acquisitions, building shareholder value, directing turnarounds, and improving cash flow and profitability. Prior to joining Yello, Rick provided operational and financial efficiency services through Glickman Advisory to clients in the technology, services, and digital media industries. His previous financial and operational leadership roles include positions with Magnetic Media Online, Operative Media, Teliris, EYP Mission Critical Facilities, and the DMR Consulting Group as CFO of its $500 million U.S. division. Rick began his career and spent five years with KPMG before moving on to the private sector.

Jeff Miller

Vice President, Engineering

Jeff Miller is a career engineer since his early days taking apart and rebuilding computers in his family’s hardware store in Iowa. He began his professional career in software development and progressed to Vice President of Engineering, working at small and large companies specializing in digital marketing, FinTech, and food technology. He is also a mentor at 1871,  Chicago’s entrepreneurial hub, and Plato Learning Academy. He enjoys motivating people, helping them solve problems, and watching them learn and grow. Jeff holds degrees in Math & Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin. 

Jen Meza

SVP of People

Jen Meza is the SVP of People at Yello and is responsible for human resources. She specializes in talent acquisition and retention of top-tier talent to support Yello’s mission to help recruiting teams love their work. Prior to Yello, Jen spent six years at an innovation lab in Los Angeles, scaling multiple spinouts in diverse industries from social gaming to native advertising. Before her venture into human resources, Jen worked as a professional opera singer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Music from Syracuse University with a Masters in Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

Brenna Walsh

VP of Marketing

Brenna Walsh is the VP of Marketing at Yello, where she oversees all B2B marketing initiatives. As a customer-centric marketing leader with core strengths in storytelling and demand generation, Brenna prides herself on developing impactful campaigns that can scale. Prior to Yello, Brenna held senior marketing roles at WayUp and JazzHR. She graduated from The New School with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Maureen Polte

Chief Product Officer

As the Chief Product Officer,  Maureen Polte is responsible for expanding Yello’s product strategy. As a senior-level software product strategist with over 25 years of experience, she brings an extensive track record of product launches and go-to-market plans for subscription-based, SaaS models and traditional software. Her proven expertise includes product management, product development and broad experience in sales, marketing, business development, and M&A. Maureen recently served as Vice President, Commercial Product Management, and Product Marketing for Kofax and has held product leadership roles at Flexera and Everspring.

 

Michael Megerian

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Michael Megerian leads the sales team and is responsible for Yello’s revenue-generation strategy and execution. He leads the Sales and Solution Consulting Teams for Yello, aligning the customers’ business initiatives with Yello’s solutions to drive value and deliver measurable results. Michael is a sales executive with 21+ years of experience building and leading sales teams in SaaS-based strategic sales, enterprise account management, and customer success experience with Yello, Oracle, Taleo, and Ariba. Michael graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance.

Shayla Foley

Vice President, Consumer Marketing

Shayla Foley is the Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Yello, responsible for all candidate marketing, including growing and nurturing the WayUp candidate database. With 71% of WayUp’s users self-identifying as underrepresented minorities, WayUp is the leading virtual DEI platform that helps nearly 7 million diverse students and new grads across the U.S. get hired by top employers—like CitiGroup, L’Oreal, and thousands more. Shayla is obsessed with helping students and recent graduates find their dream job. Prior to Yello, Shayla held Senior Marketing leadership roles at various e-commerce brands and digital marketing agencies. She graduated from Iona College with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
